With my 8 and 12-week training programs, you will build muscle, shred fat, and get strong.

*These programs require access to a gym or at minimum a weight bench, dumbbells, and pull-up bar. If you are new to strength training, an initial consult must be completed first.*
What's included.
+ Initial 90-min Virtual Evaluation to determine your baseline values, set goals, and to get to know your fitness journey. *if a consult has already been completed, 50% of the consult fee will go towards the training program*
+ Personalized Fitness Plan (Google Doc) that includes your customized fitness plan (time, intensity, type)and core routines so that you can check-off your workouts and stay on track.

+ Support and Accountability - weekly check-ins
Fee Schedule:
8-week accelerated program: $225 ($150 if consult has been completed)

12-week training program: $300 ($225 if consult has been completed)
