Power Oats


Ingredients

  • 100g oats, steal cut/quick oats, buckwheat, 10 grain cereal ( I use 10-grain cereal)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 5 oz soy milk or other plant milk (use more or less depending on how thick you like your oatmeal)

  • 5 oz water (use more or less depending on how thick you like your oatmeal)

  • 150g fresh melon (watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew melon)

  • 50g fresh pomegranate arils

  • Pinch of salt and dash of cinnamon (optional)

  • If you want to add more protein and calories to your oatmeal - add a scoop of your favorite protein. I use vanilla for mine.

  • Toppings - walnuts ( any nuts you enjoy) and more soy milk (any plant milk) for texture

Method:

Combine all ingredients except fruits in a microwave safe bowl. Top with fruit and nuts.

Notes:

Use any fruits, frozen berries, dried fruits
